Can I return my order?

Leo George does not accept returns. Each piece is made to order. We offer exchanges for non-customized items. Contact us right away with any concerns, because we want you to be absolutely satisfied with your piece! Non-custom, unworn, undamaged pieces must be exchanged within 14 days of receipt (based on USPS timestamp date received).

How do I exchange my order?

All exchanges require pre-authorization. Please email with your order information and you will be supplied with an exchange authorization number and mailing address. Returns may take up to 5 business days to process from date of receipt at the studio.

What if I received the wrong item?

We are really sorry if we made a mistake on your order. Please reach out to us at and we will take care of you!

Can I exchange my bracelet for a different size?

We would be happy to exchange your bracelet for a different size; however, you are responsible for any shipping costs and bracelet must be in original condition. 


How do I care for the leather?

We use high quality leather that should be stored away from direct sunlight to keep from fading. PROTECT FROM WATER and rain drops. Take bracelet off when performing household chores. Avoid contact with chemicals. On occasion apply leather lotion. DO NOT STORE BRACELETS IN PLASTIC.

Do your clasps contain nickel?

No. We do not have any nickel in any of our products.

Why is my charm tarnishing?

Most charms are sterling silver plated and may tarnish. Use a silver polishing cloth to polish the charm. Do not use silver paste as this may stain the leather.



Do you repair pieces?

If the clasp breaks, we will either repair or replace it. See instructions under "exchanges".

Our General Terms & Conditions apply to all deliveries and services. An order becomes binding as soon as you send it to us. If you filled in an incorrect address and package is sent back to us you will be responsible for new shipping expenses to send package again. Leo George is not responsible for lost or stolen items and does not offer replacements.  


We ship via USPS. Shipping is usually within 48 to 72 hours after order is placed. To avoid shipping delays, please make sure that you filled in the correct address. The address labels are generated automatically. Leo George is not responsible for any delays due to incorrect address.
